Work from our Auburn, Washington location as a Customer Service Representative supporting customers and HVAC field operations.
Dispatch HVAC technicians to service locations and help keep daily schedules organized.
Coordinate repair appointments and membership maintenance visits.
Source and track OEM parts needed for active HVAC service jobs.
Coordinate job site deliveries with designated runners.
Maintain and organize the Membership Database.
Record project information and service updates accurately.
Communicate with customers and team members to help service calls move smoothly from scheduling through completion.
Use your customer service, call center, HVAC dispatching, scheduling, and problem solving skills to support efficient daily operations.

1 to 2 years of call center or customer service experience.
HVAC industry experience is required.
Dispatching experience is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to receive coaching and adapt in a fast paced work environment.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
