responsibilities:

• Set up and execute electrical, lighting, and mechanical tests according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Operate basic laboratory instrumentation and verify test setups and equipment readiness prior to testing.
• Accurately collect, record, and organize test data while supporting troubleshooting activities for engineering staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment while safely using hand tools and measurement devices.
• Assist engineers and senior technicians with new product development, quality assurance, and validation activities.

qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Technology preferred).

At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or hands-on technical environment, located within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY.

Basic technical aptitude with hand tools, measurement equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
