Job Description

If you’re naturally curious, great with people, and motivated by the idea of turning a conversation into a sale, we want to meet you.

We’re adding to our team in Medina and looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers and uncover what they’re looking for
• Recommend products and solutions that fit their style, needs, and budget
• Guide customers through the entire sales process — from first conversation to closing
• Follow up with customers and build relationships that keep them coming back
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and new collections
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you the furniture business
• Someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Someone who enjoys learning and isn’t afraid to ask questions
• An appreciation for style, design, and creating a great customer experience

Why You'll Love It Here

Uncapped Earning Potential — The harder you work, the more you can earn.

Performance Incentives — Your success gets recognized and rewarded.

Employee Discounts — Take advantage of great savings on beautiful home furnishings.

Room to Grow — We love promoting people who are ready to take the next step.

❤️ Great Benefits — Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

✨ Something New to Sell — Be part of the launch of Ashley Luxe and introduce an elevated collection to our customers.

Ready to Make Your Move?

If you’re looking for a sales career where your personality, effort, and ability to connect with people can directly impact your paycheck, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Bring your ambition. We’ll bring the training, the products, and the opportunity.

Compensation details: 45000-85000 Yearly Salary
