Salesforce Administrator / Developer

Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Developer on behalf of our client in Remote. This role is responsible for supporting, administering, and enhancing a large-scale Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, user support, process automation, reporting, data management, and platform optimization. This position requires a proactive professional who can collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and platform governance.
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve Salesforce-related tickets.
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Support data imports, exports, cleansing efforts, and ongoing data quality initiatives.
Assist with Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and customizations utilizing Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, and APIs.
Monitor platform performance, data integrity, and system health while following Salesforce best practices.
Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and process guides.
Participate in Agile project activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Strong experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven experience managing Salesforce user support, ticket resolution, and troubleshooting activities.
Expertise in Salesforce security, access management, governance, and platform configuration.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, automation tools, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, integrations, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities.
Experience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms.
